Apple is a perfect source of health

"In the healthy apples - everybody knows that, but our research wants to help people understand why Apple is a healthy choice, and why it is good to eat with the skin and that all its health benefits," said Professor Manny Noakes, a dietician with the Australian CSIRO Institute, who led the research.

Use apples:

1. Polyphenols from the bark relieve allergies, lower cholesterol and reduce the fat in the abdomen.
Peel apples, on average, has 200 milligrams of polyphenols, which is a darker crust that is more beneficial ingredients.

Dr Noakes says that polyphenols from a single apple can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis or hay fever. There is strong evidence that antioxidants play an important role in the metabolism and help lose fat on the stomach.

Polyphenols from three apples reduce cholesterol levels to 5-8%.

2. Low glycemic index apples suppress the desire for sweets.
Dr. Noakes says that apples contain low glycemic index, which means that slowly release sugar into the blood, which reduces the desire for sugar and sweet foods.

3. Children of pregnant women who eat apples less often suffer from asthma.

4. Apples are an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium and fiber.
