Study recently conducted by nutritionists, biochemists and physicians, indicating that the connection between the flavonoids found in chocolate and fine muscle layer of blood vessels.

Although summer offers plenty of healthy and fresh foods such as fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs, many of us crave "artificial" energy sources. We can always opt for water, juices and cold teas, but there is a (not so small) opposition group of women who, instead of the wealth of vitamins and fiber, and even chooses to fly the famous products of cocoa beans. In the black beverage or dairy bars would not be discussed again in a negative context (counting calories and saturated fatty acids), we bring good news to all choco-addicts.

Study recently conducted by nutritionists, biochemists and physicians, indicating that the connection between the flavonoids found in chocolate and fine muscle layer of blood vessels. Indirectly, the flavonoids from the seeds of cocoa tree has a beneficial effect on our body as it relaxes the blood vessels (to prevent loss of elasticity), which can help prevent some of their disease. Interestingly, the knowledge of the products is growing up steadily, and today is widely known that the black - for cooking, with a higher percentage of cocoa healthier while she dairy, gift you like to give milk rich in fat, simple sugars and her lack of valuable flavonoids.

In the end, of course we must not generalize about the benefits of a general picture, but the results are promising at least for now, and although it would be premature to say that dark chocolate is becoming a universal remedy for diseases of the heart and blood vessels, we can safely say that it will become even more interesting foods that will (knowing our eating habits and hedonism expressed) in the Serbian culinary world just to experience the expansion.
