Proteins from plant sources

Plant proteins such as peas, beans and peanuts are known for their performance to encourage fertility in contrast to the protein derived from animal sources, such as red meat and poultry. Beans also has a high proportion of iron, which is also good for fertility. Do not be completely converted to vegetarian, just limit the consumption of animal protein.

Full fat dairy products

You may not be considered as whole milk, ice cream or even full-fat dairy food to boost fertility. However, the Harvard study found that women who eat these products have fewer problems with ovulation than those who ate products with low fat or no fat. Most importantly, dairy products are rich in calcium, which is an essential nutrient required for fertility. One serving a day will be enough. Exaggerating the full-fat dairy products is not good.

Fresh fruit and vegetables

Fresh products are always useful for fertility. Fresh fruits and vegetables contain antioxidants that are important for general and reproductive health. In addition, foods such as oranges and other citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables and strawberries contain folic acid. It is important that regular intake of folic acid through diet before pregnancy. Folic acid deficiency can lead to damage at birth.

Healthy fats

Fats that are considered healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega 3 fatty acids. These fats increase insulin sensitivity and therefore are good for fertility. Nuts, avocados, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salmon and sardines are good sources of essential fatty acids. You should also control the intake of fatty and sweet foods that are high in trans fats and saturated fats.

You can prepare delicious dishes combining the listed ingredients. For example, you can enjoy salmon with avocado. Adding almonds to your oatmeal can be an ideal breakfast. Black beans with small amounts of full-fat yogurt or sour cream can be a tasty treat.
