Olive oil is the magic ingredient

Olive oil is the magic ingredient, perfect for almost everything - food, skin, hands and nails and hair. It was praised beauty product known since ancient times and today you can buy almost any store with foodstuff.

Use extra virgin olive oil because they are labeled as pure light and chemically processed. Since the fat composition of this oil is similar to that of human skin, it rarely causes allergic reactions. In addition, absorbs quickly and helps retain moisture in the skin. A high percentage of unsaturated fat and vitamins A and E, help protect against the sun's rays, and also a very beneficial effect on sensitive skin. This oil is pure and not mixed with anything but water, unlike other oils.

If you do not like the smell of olive oil, you can mix it with some of your favorite body cream.

The nails and skin on nails

If you have brittle nails and damaged cuticles, soak your nails in some warm olive oil (for a more pleasant smell squeeze a little lemon juice). For several minutes holding the nail in oil will help you become stronger, and will soften the skin, so you can easily push down.

Hands

To have the skin on the hands of a soft, apply a few drops of olive oil on your hands before going to bed, put on white cotton gloves and leave overnight.

Lips

If you have dry and cracked lips, apply a thin layer of olive oil. It will certainly help.

Hair

For damaged and brittle hair, it is recommended that after you wash it with shampoo, apply the mixture on the hair that you have prepared from olive oil and eggs. The mixture will do so, beat one egg and mix it with 1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil. Leave the mixture on the hair 30-45 minutes, covered with a plastic bag. Depending on the condition of hair, it is recommended that weekly or monthly hair treatment.

To make your hair was thicker, it is recommended to soak the hair with 1/2 or 3/4 cup of warm olive oil, wrap the towel and leave for half an hour.

Face

If you want your facial skin is softer and full of moisture, rub a little olive oil into the skin, and the damaged parts of the skin, use a little more oil.

Mask

Make a face mask with olive oil and avocado or cosmetic clay. Leave on skin for 5-10 minutes and then rinse.

Body

Add a few tablespoons of olive oil in the bath so that your skin was softer. Essential oils like lavender or jasmine scent will enhance your bath.

Legs

If you have dry skin on your feet, rub olive oil in the evening, put the socks and leave overnight.

Removing make-up

Dry skin

If you have dry skin, rub olive oil on a daily basis where your skin is dry, or where your stretch marks appear. It may also help in treating psoriasis. Make like mayonnaise emulsion of water and oil, which will cause the damaged skin areas. Heat half a liter of olive oil with 45 g of beeswax until melted and then cool the mixture. If you want thicker the mixture, add more beeswax. In addition to beeswax for thickening the mixture can be used and agar, seaweed extract and glycerin.
