Mixed Salad

Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
4 tomatoes
2 green peppers
25 grams of cabbage
1 onion
Salt and pepper
oil

Preparation:
Peel the cucumbers and tomatoes and cut into rings, green peppers into strips, and the cabbage and onion. All lightly with salt. Then pour all the oil, zapapri and add a little vinegar. Prepare yourself for two hours before serving.  


Mixed salad cooked

Ingredients:
15 grams of dried beans
2 potatoes
3 beetroot
1 cauliflower
pickles
eggs
capers

for topping:
2 eggs
1 lemon
1 cup oil

Preparation:

a little olive oil
at will - a few chopped leaves of fresh basil

Preparation:
Prepare the couscous - put raw couscous in a bowl, add salt and pour over a cup of boiling water and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut the zucchini and fry in a pan with some olive oil. In a small pan fry the pine nuts, oil-free. Kus Kusu, add zucchini, dried tomatoes, onions, pine nuts and basil if desired. All season with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
