We all want to live long and healthy. 
When we talk about health, immunity and all that is needed to maintain it, many people do not listen because they think that these are extremely complex advice. Prevention of various types of diseases such as cancer or heart disease is not as complex as people actually think. In fact, it is very easy! 



Today I share with you information about which foods to eat often, if you want a long life and good health. 

Legumes

Green leafy vegetables 
If you regularly eat green leafy vegetables, doing the right thing! In addition to protein, these foods are full of calcium, phosphate, and the entire spectrum of antioxidants that the body fulfilling life, mood, health, relieve stress, blood clean and clear mind. Broccoli, kale, spinach, Swiss chard are foods that many of us do not like, but these foods are health mines. While not exactly a favorite meal, you can always find ways to compose the daily menu.
